New functions for our bidder on our auction platform form
HÄMMERLE has always actively accompanied the change in the segment of the industry auction. It is important to us to create a good experience for our auction platform visitors as positively as possible. That's why we test our software solutions regularly. Regularly, we integrate new functions, expect old know features or replace old ones with new ones.
Our target is always: "Keep everything as simple, safe, and intuitive as possible and be always one step aged of the GDPR requirements."
That's why the following new functions are available for the users on our auction platform www.haemmerle.de
Book dates for auctions - how to do it
Especially in times of the coronavirus pandemic, we realize how elementary a right and accurate appointment coordination can be for all involved. Therefore why we offer our bidders from now on (for chosen auctions) the possibility to book viewing and pick up appointments. In this way, we avoid crowded assemblies and create more relaxed viewing or collection dates.
For this purpose, you find in the information of the auction a button with the text.
- Confirm the wished auction by clicking on it.
- Choose whether you want to book a viewing appointment or a collection date.
- Go forward to "continue to select an appointment"
- Reserve your personal required time slot
- Confirm the booking with your details
- You will receive an e-mail with a confirmation
Tip: You can also get reminded via e-mail of this appointment, and you choose the fitting timeslot for that reminder. We will also send you an entry for your calendar. You can transfer it with just one click. Try it out right now.

Online documents of your bidding account on our auction's platform
Of course, you will also receive your invoice as usual by e-mail. If you have more questions about invoicing, you can find more information in a previous post. Your new invoices can be viewed at any time, sorted chronologically. There is no need to look for invoices in the mail account or local folders.
From now on, we will orientate ourselves here at well-known online shops and provide you with new important documents, such as the award statement, directly in your bidder account. In your dashboard, you can view these documents directly in the future, print them out, or show them when they are picked up.
Of course, you will also receive your invoice by e-mail as usual. If you have more questions about invoicing, see a previous post. Your new invoices remain visible chronologically at any time. There is no need to search for invoices in the mail account or local folders.
Tip: The quickest way to reach your dashboard is to click on your e-mail address at the top of the screen after logging in. With smartphones, simply click on the displayed user icon.
