COVID-19: HÄMMERLE takes action

With immediate effect, HÄMMERLE is converting to home office and will allow its employees in the departments administration, processing, accounting and IT to work precautionally from their homes. Telephone calls will continue to be put through to the appropriate contact persons as before, so that we will still be available for you in all matters. Due to our modern infrastructure, nothing changes for bidders and clients with regard to accessibility.

For interested bidders of our online auctions, the viewing appointments are carried out as advertised, but participation in these is only possible after prior registration. If you are interested in a viewing, please inform us by phone at +49 8709 94990-20 or by e-mail at info@haemmerle.de.

Please note that there may be (longer) delays or waiting times during the viewings. This is due to the fact that we record the names and contact details of all visitors so that we can provide prompt support in the case of any enquiries from health authorities.

In addition, we reserve the right to cancel viewing appointments at short notice.

Preventively, we would like to point out that the current situation will most likely delay pick-ups. Postponements cannot be excluded at present. Of course, we will inform the buyers immediately in case of corresponding case constellations. For the time being, upcoming pick-ups are only possible after prior notification.

We will coordinate the collection dates accordingly and ask the buyers to keep these dates strictly and consistently. Persons present at pick-ups will be completely recorded by us with their names and contact details in order to be able to provide appropriate information in the case of any enquiries from health authorities. In the event of a large number of people being present at the pick-up dates, we will only allow smaller groups access to the premises, so that there may be delays or waiting times at the delivery.
