Acquisition of business assets – how it's done

If, contrary to expectations, the remediation or sale of your company does not work out, we will sell or auction off your equipment and forward excess proceeds to you minus the liquidation costs. You receive additional money if the right to separate from business assets applies. In this case, we separate and liquidate these assets. Any excess proceeds will be forwarded to you.
