Shelves for different palettes forms

A pallet shelve is suitable for holding a wide variety of pallets. With a more stable construction is characterized by high working loads. The forklift lifts the pallets into a heavy-duty shelf. You can differ between flat pallets, lattice box pallets, and various special shapes.

The application areas of these storage shelves are very diverse. They are used wherever large quantities of piece goods have to be moved and stored. The storage options ensure good order in the warehouse and thus make it possible to find the parts you need quickly. 

 

Shelves for the intermediate storage of parts of different sizes

One can use cantilever racks in the storage of long, table and, plate goods. Those models have the advantage one can avoid the moving from the shelves before the removal. Instead, they are stored and removed directly from the front. That`s why these used shelves are particularly interesting for usage where goods of different sizes have to be stored temporarily - for example industry and car recycling. The use of cantilever racks is particularly advantageous when it comes to the storage of long, table and, plate goods. The storing and removing directly form the front is possible without pushing the good from the side onto the shelves. This also makes them particularly interesting for applications in which goods of different sizes have to be stored temporarily. Cantilever racks are therefore widely used in general industry and auto recycling. Heavy-duty cantilever racks are very popular. 

 

Shelves for a shorter production process

As part of our industrial auctions, you can also purchase a used circulating shelf. This is a storage solution with a very small space requirement. For this reason, the shelving systems are often placed right next to assembly sites. This significantly shortens the handling time so that you benefit from a fast production process. Such a shelf system consists of a stable, torsion-proof, and clad frame. Inside you will find the so-called paternoster. This has an electric drive, where stored goods can be transported to the discharge opening while the movement remains constant. The stored goods can then be conveniently removed.

Another advantage of these shelves is the computer-aided allocation of storage space. This ensures that the desired position is approached directly. For this purpose, each compartment is equipped with sensors that are used to read the position. Circulating racks are ideal for all places where small parts are needed for production, but where there is little space available.
