Payment instructions:
The invoice amount is to be paid by bank transfer immediately after receipt of the invoice. Payment in cash is only permitted with prior consent.
Location of items:
We remind you that the auctions are always held in different locations and that it is the responsibility of the buyer to check the collection conditions at the location. Hämmerle GmbH & Co. KG assumes no responsibility for costs incurred as a result of mistakes made by the buyer regarding the collection location.
Collection conditions:
The buyer is contractually obliged to collect the auctioned items during collection hours within the stated time limit. Items may only be collected after they have been paid for in full. The buyer must assume all costs if they do not collect the purchased items on time.
What is an online auction?
At an online auction you place your highest bid directly using your computer. At the end of the auction, the highest bidder wins the lot – providing the minimum price was exceeded.
To bid simply enter the maximum amount that you are willing to pay for the item on the lot detail screen. The other bidders do not see you highest bid.
We then make bids for you in automatic increments. These bids correspond to the highest bid at the time. We will bid only enough for you to remain the highest bidder or to meet the minimum bid, if your highest bid allows it. If another bidder matches or outbids you, we will notify you via email so that you have the option to place another bid. Your maximum bid remains confidential until a higher bid is placed by another bidder.
The end of the auction will be automatically extended by 2 minutes if bids are still being made 1 minute before the auction close.
Remember: By confirming the bid you accept the conditions of the auction. Your bid is binding!
